Hi, I’m Chris Redig, a MovNat Expert Trainer, Henselmans Personal Trainer, and PN Master Nutrition Coach, dedicated to helping people build adventure-ready, beach bodies.

My passion for adventure has taken me everywhere from shipwreck diving in the Red Sea to trekking through the ancient ruins of Angkor Wat and Petra. In 2011, I faced my own fitness crossroads, realizing I'd gained 20 lbs of unwanted weight. I’ve since turned the fat into muscle, completed 2 Ironman 140.6’s and a Spartan Ultra 50k. I’ve lived, studied and coached the transformation from ordinary to extraordinary with adventure as the constant theme.

Originally from the U.S., I now inspire a global audience from my home in Denmark, where I live with my wife and two children.
